1. Cancellation
   • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by writing to consult@drpatrawalas.com.
   • Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
2. Returns & Refunds
   • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
   • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
   • Refunds are issued within 7–10 working days once the returned item is verified.
3. Non-Returnable Items
   • Opened or used products
   • Items not in original condition
   • Customized or special-order items
4. Mode of Refund

Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
